Horrible service
coreyt506on 31/07/2017 20:43I waited over an hour for the front desk clerk to arrive back from hims very long break to check in. I than go to the room and the keys do not work. I had to wait another 30 mins for the clerk to come back AGAIN from a break. Checking in should only take a few minutes as i travel every week.
Great stay and convenient location
WKnanon 30/07/2017 04:38This was a great hotel. It had nice amenities, such as a shuttle that would take you to nearby locations. We used it to go to a recommended restaurant. The front desk person was both very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was polite and prompt.
It was very conveniently located and close to area attractions.
Slept with stinky toilet
Adrian Aon 28/07/2017 03:01Front desk at overnight was very rude when toilet stopped u I called ask for maintenance and she said was there but she can bring a plunger for me to use, I felt so disrespected to know that I came to Atlanta to be a plumber on my vacation.... When I asked for service when maintenance came in I still didn't get toilet fix until later the next day...

Diann Aon 20/07/2017 13:01Encountered a very rude staff member at breakfast!! Lobby and breakfast area may be remodeled but the rooms need to be done next. Overall cleanliness was average. Very quiet area. Breakfast food was ok -not a great selection.
Not great and average service
316cocohon 19/07/2017 21:06I was not impressed with this property. It's in Buckhead and not from from shipping and food, but the actual hotel is lacking. It felt dirty and I barely wanted to touch anything. The staff was far less than welcoming but not rude either. This property didn't feel Hilton like. Updating is necessary and customer service training. I didn't catch anyone at their best,,,
