Great stay and fantastic value
Andrew Won 15/08/2017 17:33We stay here often because the staff are great, the property clean and service is excellent. It is easily accessible and close to anything you want or need.
For the kids there is an indoor pool and basketball court out back and for the adults, there's a gym to stay fit.
Great Hotel
Kim Bon 10/08/2017 11:15Homewood Suites is a great hotel.The service was top notch and the suite was lovely. We used the pool, hot tub and fitness room. Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. We also enjoyed the manager's reception and free breakfast. This was a girlfriends shopping trip. Would definitely recommend it.
Great place to stay close to the airports
sunsetjb270on 07/08/2017 21:46Excellent staff, rooms and amenities. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Nice kitchen and dining area. Living room was also nice for relaxing. Location very close to the airport. Shuttle was very quick.
Breakfast was good, nice variety.
Like family, like home
b1gtraveleron 06/08/2017 19:59This hotel has been our home away from home in Buffalo for years. We remember when it was built. We had stayed here many times with our kids over the years. The staff would remember us when we sat down for breakfast. The pool area, fitness room, were our playgrounds there.
We visited here after a 9-year hiatus. It's been renovated nicely. But the best features remain. Specifically I got a ride to the airport to pick up a car, and the desk clerk took me. He looked familiar. I asked him how long he'd been at the hotel. The answer was... long enough that in fact I did remember him. As I said.... home away from home. Family. The hotel retains the staff. That says a lot.
Bits of the hotel show a little wear, yes. The mattresses are far too soft. Renovations can't change everything. Yet - the interior courtyard was remodeled so nicely that we had an amazing family party out there for about 20 people and there was plenty of outdoor sofas and chairs and covered areas - it was perfect.

Marie Ron 05/08/2017 20:38we were very happy with our stay at Homewood suites. so comfortable we didn't want to leave. when traveling we will chose Homewood suits. staff was warm and friendly. suite was clean and really felt like our home away from home. I strongly advise this hotel.
