Rodney Hon 09/08/2017 15:23Very comfortable room with view off city, clean and a great breakfast. Only downside no bar or evening meal but close to downtown which is a 10-15 minute walk. Hotel staff very friendly and professional and valet parking $30 per night. If ever in Nashville again would stay here.

tripRNstlon 08/08/2017 21:11Nice hotel with easy walking access to Gulch and Downtown. Nothing special about the rooms and breakfast your typical hotel continental. I would stay here again based on location and value compared to other downtown hotels.
Good downtown location, nice room
Rick Pon 07/08/2017 21:36We stayed here for one night. It was my wife's birthday and the hotel put a nice birthday package together for her. That was very appreciated.
Pros:
-Free breakfast
-While we weren't able to enjoy it since we were there on a Saturday, Monday through Thursday they have free food/drinks in the lobby
-Relatively large rooms
-Full kitchen. Even if you're only there for a night or two it's nice to have a full-size refrigerator.
-Comfortable Bed, AC was cold, ceiling fan
-Location was pretty good. It's downtown and a short walk from dining/Broadway
Cons:
-Location can get a little iffy... Ask the front desk for sure, but I do not remember which way we walked but if you walk one of the directions from the hotel you will end up in a bad neighborhood. Other than that though, heading to broadway you are fine.
-It always bugged me how Homewood Suites doesn't extend the happy hour to its weekend customers
-Parking was $30 per night, which I think is a bit much.
I paid with points but I did look at what the dollar cost would have been. It seemed high, but I believe that was due to the big concert in town. If you are looking into this hotel and the price looks affordable to you then I would go with it.
Great place, walking distance to most attractions
Ric Con 07/08/2017 03:17Great place, friendly staff, big comfortable room. Walking distance to the honky tonks and to Bridgestone Arena. Close to the Ryman Theatre and the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Need more characters so filling space.
Suite Location and Breakfast in Nashville
Steve Don 06/08/2017 21:45Homewood Suites has staff that make you feel at home from beginning to end. Breakfast was extensive and delicious; evening social enjoyable. Suite was large and quiet; worked well for the three of us. A good experience!
