wendywuuon 06/02/2017 23:16Location is good. A few restaurants and cafes nearby. Room is a bit old (need to use key to lock room, even inside the room) but overall satisfied with the stay - hot water is very strong and good for a hot shower. We only came back to rest and shower. Spent most time out in the city so would recommend this for short stay. Wall is thin so can hear people walk past.

Ve2riaon 15/08/2016 11:27Great place to stay at when in Madrid. This hotel is located in the poshest Madrid area. Everything that is gorgeous about Madrid is within walking distance. The bedrooms are just right (not too big, not too small). I will definitely return!

IvaRomeroon 17/07/2016 21:52This hotel is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Madrid (Barrio Salamanca). Just a few blocks away from Calle Serrano and within walking distance or quick subway trip of all the sites. The price is pretty good and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful as well. Will definitely come again.

Lewis0102on 01/11/2015 01:13Stayed here for 5 nights on a business trip, and had a great time. The hotel is in a very central location, situated in a residential building block. The hotel is on the 5th floor.
Very nice, clean and safe hotel, maids were in every day tidying up. I had breakfast here on 3 occasions, which was a good price at 5.50 euros. Room (104) was a good size, bed was ok wasn't the comfiest, aircon and wifi worked great too. Would definitely return
Lack of hygiene
Wonderwomen2014on 29/01/2015 21:31Thankfully ours was only a one night stay. The situation is good, the beds were quite comfortable and the breakfast was ok. But the hygiene left a lot to be desired ( when we arrived and needed to use the loo, there was some faeces on the toilet seat. It was disgusting. We immediately complained and they cleaned the bathroom again, but........damage done ) and lots of hairs in the bath and bathroom floor. The spare pillows had no pillow cases on, who would use them like that ? And to top it all, no wifi in the bedrooms. It is cheap, but with a bit of TLC it could be much improved. We wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.
