Jose Bon 04/12/2016 06:44Old fashionned hotel, temperature in the hotel like in a hospital. Amount of food during dinner much too less and no breakfast available on Sunday before 07.30; not nice when you have to work at 08.00 without breakfast and starving because of small dinner.
Overaging infrastructure - no real value for the money
TM6210on 19/04/2016 22:47Getting to the reception first we got to see the aging furiture and structures for the first time. Then I got room #35: what dark cell with old style lamps! Likely 20+ year old furniture. Carpet wasn't clean. Breakfast was charged at CHF 21.- and they take it from the living....

Garry Ton 08/04/2016 06:44Stayed 1 night, it's a small very well run hotel with helpful staff, the room was quite lovely, the view we had from our balcony was fantastic, it is set well out of town but was great to go for a quiet walk before dinner.
The menu and food was very much a gastronomic a fair, a tad to much for us after a long day driving, we ended up with the vegetarian dishes
they are pet friendly giving our dog water and treats at the table as we eat
no lifts so this isn't the place for those in wheelchairs
Excellent food and service
riccardo ton 29/02/2016 09:55We only stayed for dinner: the dining room is comfortable and warm, the service outstanding. We had the menu gourmand (remember that if you are two you can't choose 2 different plates): everything from the bread to the wine was excellent, not mentioning the perfect meat or the Saint-Jacques... It can be a little pricey, but it's worthy a romantic exceptional dinner!

gusocorredoron 03/02/2016 22:18Together with my family, we always stay at Les Chevreuils when visiting Lausanne (yearly visits since 2008).
The small hotel is run by friendly staff who always follow follow up on our requests/needs.
If you are looking for a cosy, clean and quiet hotel, this is the place in Lausanne. The bus/metro to the city center takes less than 20 minutes.
The only time we stayed at another hotel in Lausanne was when les Chevreuils was already fully booked. Needless to say, we were not impressed with the service offered at another hotel in Croisettes, and changed to the Chevreuils when a vacant room arose.
The restaurant is a great option for this looking for Swiss-French cuisine, especially during the hunting season.
