I was travelling with a group of friends - we had travelled a long way and needed a place to both freshen up for a few hours
When we arrived we were shown some rather disappointing small rooms.
After some discussion and a little confusion the staff were very sweet and organised us to upgrade into the Ecco rooms .
They were great - large, clean and well appointed. Fantastic hot showers. Clean linen. Friendly staff. Coffee & tea making sachets. And exactly like the video with lovely decor !
We left too early to have breakfast - but it sounded delicious.
Highly recommended - albeit ensure you know which rooms are being booked as there are different standards!
Highly recommend the Ecco rooms.
And i imagine for standard bookings would be easy.

A Nice Quiet Hotel near Airport

The hotel was booked by my office people but for the four days I stayed in Mumbai I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were polite and caring. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The room - even though a bit small for my taste - was nicely decorated and had all the amenities one could think of. Another major advantage is that it is only 3 kms from the Airport and stone's throw from Santa Cruz (E) station and Western Expressway making it highly advantageous for Mumbai travels. The station road gives access to various shops and eating places. So you don't have to solely rely on hotel food. Easy accessibility and good rooms makes this hotel much recommended. But I would not recommend it for family stay as it is mostly frequented by business travellers and foreign tourists.

The hotel is a 15 minute drive from the domestic as well as the International Airport.

It is a small hotel with smaller rooms.Bathroom was very average.Hotel needs a makeover real soon.There was a stink in the hotel.

We reached midnight and still the check in was smooth.

Went there only for 7 hours just to sleep,so can't write much but the bed was okay and the breakfast was served in the room which was quite tasty.Other than that,not much to write about this hotel.

Not worth 3500/- a night!

Can be avoided as there are other options for same price available in Bandra and Santa Cruz/Vile Parle.

Will I go back?No is the answer.

Good hotel room neat & clean. (booked on tripadvisor reviews & find it correct)
Breakfast complimentry and seved in room.Quality of breakfast in good.
Ac in room working good .they have restaurant in their premises and food quality was good.
hotel staff was very helpful & supporting (form reception to room service )
location of hotel is best walking distance from santacruz east railway station.just 4 km or 15 min drive from mumbai domestic airport.

this hotel is very good for traveller looking for budget hotels with great Cleaniness factor

lot of market area around and also you can find some restaurant outside .

so overall it was a good experience with hotel accord.

my special thanks to Mr Nikhil on reception desk who provide us 1 hr late checkout as we have to visit a dr. thanks for your kind coordination

Careful staff

Hotel Accorda is highly recommended. This hotel is centrally located in city. And it is close to other attractions of Mumbai. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. Full delicious breakfast and careful staff were good. And I would recommend this hotel to spend a few days in Mumbai.
