What People are saying

Got less that i paid for

RenatoNetoon 12/05/2017 11:03

They claim to be a 4 star hotel but actually they're rated 3, looking from the stree looks a modern hotel but actually must have at least 20years, the room i was given was 120, and let me tell you that it's a disappointment, pictures shown on their site seem photoshoped when u see the reality, wi-fi is good, staf seemed nice, overall it's an afordable place where 1 night spending couldn't do u any harm, but here is the big thing that really drives nuts on hotels, and in africa is somthing normal to expect but not in europe, the shower is a nightmare, can't have a normal shower because the management installed the shower support without any thinking, completely disregarding the guest comfort also the support they installed is almost falling and doesn't hold the shower in place, so for that and because i'm tired asking for new rooms when i see these things, i decided just to make this review and take some pictures so that who ever reads this may be the judge.

Great for what you pay

The price is absolutely fair. The room is very clean but small for American standards. Customer service is great and the hotel is located amount lots of restaurant and groceries. There is no drinking water or coffee equipment in the room.

Never again

The room was filthy really even after cleaning. Insects included.
The A/C did not work well if at all.
No restaurant for dinner and a guy in reception refused to help ordering pizza from Domino's. Instead he said they have some sort of annex restaurant somewhere nearby and it was 40C+ outside.
Some people at the reception were quite nice though. English was ok but did not help much.

Don't go there

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Disregard everything on their web site, it has nothing to do with reality. Dirty, smelly room with paper walls, facing a construction site. Breakfast poor, no place to sit. Personal at the reception don't speak english. I could go on and on. It's a two star hotel you should definitely avoid.

Sorry, just doesn't improve

God Himself knows who, when and where the 'professional' pictures were taken but please ignore them. This place is CHEAP - €45 a night. Therefore expect cheap service, cheap breakfast, cheap sleep. I can't stay here again. The price of the room seemed to be directly proportionate to the number of minutes of sleep I got.
I suggest to find somewhere else until they have updated and improved (which is well overdue).
As a reference point I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Barcelona (on a business park) for €58 a night and it was new, clean, comfortable (double bed) with new bathroom etc.
I hate this European obsession with twin beds (who in the 21st Century sleeps in a single bed??), even Holiday Inn get this!!
THE most important thing for a Hotel is quality of sleep - here I get none.
My advice is to spend €10 a night more and find somewhere else to stay.
