Very Poor Facilities/ Customer Service
pmadkiwion 16/05/2017 19:58Extremely bad experience from the start. And this is still only my 2nd day of 4. I arrived at the Hotel at 1:30 pm. And I was told I cannot check in till 2 pm. So I went for a walk and came back at 2:05 pm. Finally was able to check in to # 411 at 2:40 pm. The room is in an attic. The left bed has a sloping roof directly over it and is unusable. You need take the elevator to floor 3 and walk up to level 4. The bed lamp is broken and I have asked for it to be fixed, to no avail. One of the two room lamps is fused. It has not yet been repaired. So the room is in darkness and I am typing this review in the semi dark.
Since Hotwire works without the member finding out the name of the hotel before they pay up, I will recommend that you never use this hotel again. I am so angry that I am almost tempted to ask for a refund.
A pleasant stay
StandyWorldTravelleron 14/09/2014 19:20So the positives; the hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Negative; the rooms are quite small.
The hotel is not that close to town and takes about half an hour to reach Alexanderplatz. However this is quite a pleasant journey.
Overall would recommend for a cheap stay.

Luc Bon 07/07/2014 13:31a nice accomodation just a bit to far away of the centre of Berlin. the quite and peaceful neighberhood, and an immaculate public transport make the hotel even more recommendable for those who wants to enjoy some quite in the evenings.
Nice and Cozy
Jtmit430on 18/04/2014 14:15The first thing I met was a super helpful and friendly receptionist. It is only a short tram ride to all the main sights. €6,70 for a day pass. Clean sheets and fluffy pillows. Very basic room. The only negative thing was the shower. The water would become scorching hot momentarily, most likely due to a toilet being flushed. Overall great hotel!
Very Clean, but basic
koekeloeron 12/12/2013 11:06Rooms are very clean, but basic. The website shows big rooms, but be aware, there are also small rooms, hidden on the top floor corners. To get to the top (4th) floor, there is an elevator, but only to 3rd floor. You need to climb stairs 1 more floor. Price for room is great (compared to value). There was an issue however that the hotel charged me more than what was in my confirmed (external agent) booking. They could not sort this out during checkout and had to come back to me. I did not use the breakfast (extra pay) or restaurant (extra pay) or the WiFi (extra Pay). The hotel is very close to M5 tram that takes you to City Center. Curtains are a bit too light, I like my room darker.
