good - not in April as a skier
carla1974on 05/05/2017 15:54We stayed in hotel Amélie mid April, with 4 families.
We all had clean, spacious rooms (especially for France).
We were quite pleased, but we will not return in April. Why?
Brides les Bains is transformed into a village for people who want to loss weight. So, the menu in the hotel was adapted, and as skiërs, we were pretty hungry.
The bar had no more beer, coke,... because the bar would close after us leaving (the diet-people cannot use the bar!).
After we told the manager that we weren't following any diet, the menu was adapted, and thanks for that!

dianedixon5on 26/03/2017 19:41This March was the third time we have stayed at the hotel Amelie and we weren't disappointed. For a three star hotel it is a very good place to choose to stay, The food is very good and staff are very friendly and helpful you couldn't ask for more, The rooms have recently been refurbished to a good standard. An honest opinion is it is a no frills hotel but everyone who work there makes it into a 5 star hotel for customer service.

petestonemanon 15/02/2017 09:27We really enjoyed our stay here - The staff are extremely polite & helpful. The restaurant was very good, the standard of service & food were very high. Although it is a 20 minute cable car ride to get up into Meribel centre, the station is very close and the cable car is like clockwork. Recommended hotel.
Ski 3 vallees
Noeldragonon 05/02/2017 17:11Stayed in Hotel Amelie January 2017 for family skiing holiday. Bride Les Bains is the budget option for skiing in 3 vallees and linked with it by a 25min gondola ride. Amelie is centrally located in BLB with a 100m walk to the gondola. Joy to sleep at lower altitude.
Hotel is newly refurbished and kept very clean. Bedrooms are a good size with large comfortable beds, Many have balconies.
To the west side is a stream which you could find a little noisey or relaxing.
Food is french style and excelent,
Staff very friendly.
Bar lively for apres ski but quieter after dinner,
All in all a very nice, well located hotel.
Good Ski Hotel and location
Bob Fon 25/01/2017 16:30I have just returned from a weeks ski holiday at the Hotel Amelie Brides Les Bain, I found the staff to very helpful and friendly, the bar was good with comfy seating, the restaurant was well laid out with friendly staff and the food was very good. The rooms we were in were of a good size for a double and single rooms. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. The access to the gondola is up a steep hill but a local free shuttle service operates which picks up skiers opposite the hotel to take you up the gondola and back again, so cutting out the tiring bit of walking up the hill and back with ski gear. The rooms we had overlooked the river and was quite pleasant.
