Souvik Gon 24/08/2017 18:58Rooms are good, buffet breakfast good variety, spacious & good restaurant variety of choices are available. Good for business travelers. Conference room well equipped & spacious. Liquor not available due to goverment regulations. Parking is a real problem.
A nice Dinner in Deoghar
Amit Ron 20/08/2017 05:34There we went for Darshan of Baba Baidyanath in Deoghar. We have train in nigh night so were searching for the nice hotel for our dinner. This hotel Restaurant is very good, having nice ambience. Both veg and non veg cuisines are available. The quantity is perfect. The dishes are delicious which we were served. Staff are very good. Food are serve on time, waiting time less.
Temple visit
Rajeev Son 07/08/2017 16:41Our experience was great. Visited the place with parents. It was nice comfortable stay. The temple is not very far from hotel. The food was good and loved entertainment during dinner. Our driver did not get any dorm to spend night in hotel though.
Pathetic Hotel
callanujon 31/07/2017 06:36We reached early morning due to our train schedule and it was understood that we might not be able to check-in early due to peak season but the way receptionist treated us was so very rude though we were the only guests at the reception that time..not even willing to listen us and was very arrogant..nyways we took a room in different hotel n though it was much lower quality but way beyond in hospitality and mannerism..we again check-in in the hotel in evening..I was with my parents and wife and the guards (3 in number) at the door didn't have courtesy to even offer to carry the luggage inside..Later in the evening around after we were back from dinner we found that the bedsheets n towels were too dirty to even use. Again we called reception and again the behaviour was so rude..after talking for around 15-20 mins he said he will be sending room service and the guy came after 45 mins ..Poor guy he didn't find any fresh sheets or towels..he bought a bunch of them and tried everything to get a fresh one but not succeed..the whole drama continued to another hour..much to our surprise room equipment were also in terrible shape and seems that hasn't been changed for years..bedsheets also being used to years..the tv remote is full of fungus..even not dare to touch..Simple terrible..
Only saving grace was breakfast which looked pretty ok and the guys there were helpful..
Simply was really pathetic to even worth a single penny...neither in terms of staff or facilities..

One of the best in deoghar to stay in.
Rooms are good and well maintained.
Fooding facility is good.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and supportive.
Located in main market. No issue in finding the hotel.
