Engjëll Pon 14/07/2017 14:05The 4-star Hotel deserves all of it's stars for delivering constant pleasure and enjoyment. First of all the room matched the space need for us (3 travellers) and the cleaning was great. The buffet (both morning and evening) serves better food then the rest of the city can offer. The placement of the hotel is nice for going to the city or the beach

The food was clean ant they have show cooking. Variety and taste OK. Fair for the price range.

susanthatbon 17/06/2017 18:10Traveled with a group of friends and stayed two nights in this hotel! Beautiful surroundings! we tried the Spa and the rates were reasonable! beautiful landscaping!
Food was great and had variety! also they were flexible to serve us late dinner!

Great hotel
SankariTommion 03/06/2017 15:38Hotel was great! I spent 5 nights there with my girlfriend and we loved it. Food was fantastic, rooms were clean and there was plenty to do at the hotel. We loved the dinner that was served every evening. There were plenty of choises availible nd the staff was helpful. Some of the staff even had a great knowledge of the local wines. Only one minus about the resort was that some of the staff had really difficulties in speaking and understanding english. But anyway, I recommend!
Mixed feelings
Tuna6on 18/05/2017 09:11It is difficult to give bad review to such a lovely place and staff and cuisine but there is one thing that is simply unforgivable. I am always happy to go to any Valamar hotel and I will return but I really hope that things like AC will be fixed.
So.. here's the thing. Apparently whole hotel is on one AC unit or something and this unit is on winter mode so there is only heating available. This wouldn't be problem if it wasn't middle of may and it was 25 degrees during the day and 15 degrees during the night. And when you have pregnant wife and you are on low first floor and need to keep balcony door opened whole night to any air, it is not safe feeling.
Also it is strange you have to ask three times for repairing AC so you would find out this. Maybe someone doesn't think that this is a problem but when you have only two nights to relax and you barely sleep during those nights it is a big problem. I couldn't wait to come home and rest.
And what possible bothered me most is that during the checkout no one asked was everything ok or even apologised because they new we complained more then a few times.
