Travelling in a group of three friends I selected this hotel because of it's triple bed rooms, great loction in relation to Berlin's club district and it's also very near a main station where you are able to easily access central Berlin and Schoenfield airport.

We were due to arrive late but after a long list of unfortuante events we found out that the local metro station was out of service, we ended up a long distance away from the Hotel. Eventually we arrived at the door after 2am, the sign on the door instructed us to telephone the number on the door. After a couple of minutes a member of staff arrived and opened the door for he was friendly considering we had arrived very late.

The room itself was no more and no less what we required. A clean room with three clean beds and a bathroom. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to get good nights sleep on both nights. The is some outside number from the courtyard below it personally didn't hinder our sleep.

The hotel does do breakfast but we didn't take advantage of it.

This is a good hotel assuming the nearest station (Warschauer Straße) is fully operational, i'd advise checking before booking because having to use replacement buses etc was an inconveniance that we didn't really want to have to endure.

Do not stay here - the bed was full of BUGS

When we checked it I was fine that this supposedly 3 star hotel didn't have a phone in the room or coffee making facilities. I was fine as this was in a convenient location and the hotel seemed clean though worn out.
However I started getting bites on a regular basis and since the lighting is pretty poor in the rooms I never saw why or how. I complained to a young boy at the reception who was shocked that I even suggested it.
Tonight another night itching and I woke up and put the light at the head rest. I quickly saw the bugs on the bed and on the head rest. We went to the reception but they had no extra room to put us in and I will be spending this night just like this - killing bugs. Have already killed around 6.
What surprises me is how the municipality of Berlin or whosoever governs the hygiene conditions here doesn't shut such hotels down!

Good location for night stay. Room is clean and well kept and provided all basic amenities. The bar and games area is wonderful, offered few options in game. Bar is full stoked and serving good cocktails as well. . Reception team is very polite and keen to help for any assistance. Stayed for night as we traveled for business trip.

AWFUL customer service!!!

We checked in for 1 night, and while I was checking the Person at the reception named Andrew, was not speaking very clearly to me. I asked him to please repeat what he said, he then started to be short-tempered, and disregarded my requests. I said he was being quite rude and unfriendly. His only response was "No, your rude!" Honestly couldn't believe I was having to deal with this while checking in. I needed this room, so I stayed. But if I had another Option, I would've left!!! I called the Manager, who didn't even apologize, and all she said was Ok, I'll talk to him. WORST customer service I've ever experienced in a hotel!!!!

I booked this hotel through booking.Com and photos on booking website was very different from my actual room.

Instead of normal double room I got twin looking like campus room from the 90'.

I asked for hard mattress due to my back problems - they just ignored it.

shower curtains had some stains on it and I was really discussing.

Guy responsible for breakfast was creepy and keep asking for my room exactly when I was swallowing...

They charged me 8euro (instead 7- on their website) for really poor breakfast.

I wouldn't stay there again even if they would pay me.
