It is value for money rooms are quiet spacious and also location 5 mins from railway station , 2 mins from old bus stop coming back to rooms they are also well maintained and everything is perfect it is value for money , overall the best hotel in this budget so far.

We stayed for one night at this hotel.

Very poorly maintained rooms. Restrooms in very poor condition and no hot water during morning hours.. 😔.

Access to this hotel is not easy.

Parking in the basement which is also in very bad shape.

Mosquitoes everywhere.

Please avoid this hotel.

Location wise very convenient . Nearer to Railway station and bus stand..Hotels are near by..The reception staff very courteous and helpful.. We had booked 2 rooms from Hyderabad for a stay of 3 days.When we reached Hotel though the rooms what we booked were not available for 3 days due to some communication mismatch, they accommodated us without any murmur in a better facilities room for all 3 days. The service was good.The staff and room boys were very courteous and prompt in response.I recommend this hotel for comfortable stay in Bellary.

Horrible Hotel

The room was untidy, luckily I was not there for the entire day.
- Room service was not at all friendly, except that they got a coffee to
me, when I ordered, which I could not drink as it was really bad.
- AC was not backed by the generator and most of the time there was no
power. Just for your information, the outside weather was very very hot. I
hope you understand how it would be without the AC.
- Similar situation with TV. no power not TV channels.
- The chairs was so dirty that I could not sit on those chairs.
- There was a mini fridge, seems like they have dumped it in the room
and that they haven't opened it for months. Why cant they get rid of it?
- Last not the least, the bathroom was *worst than any* *public toilet*.
Seems like they haven't cleaned it for ages.

Good budgect hotel

I have stayed in this hotel several months on different occations.The hotel location is perfect near to bus stand,railway station and market places.A vegitarian testuarent attached to it and food is excellent .The rates are very moderate and rooms are spacious and well maintained.Room service and front service is also good.Only getting accomodation without reservation is difficult.High value for money and recommended for stay especially if you are looking for a good budgect hotel
