It is a good property with very helpful and cooperative staff . It has an open view which gives a great feeling . The food was OK . Value for money. The hospitality was great , has a little pool . Overall it was neat and clean hotel.

Well located property, probably your best bet in Satna

This hotel has the advantage of good location like most hotels that belong to state tourism departments, a large area and good infrastructure. The downside is that the space, especially the garden could be better lit and utilized imaginatively. Comfortable, clean, good restaurant (seemed very popular among guests and locals). More expensive than most other hotels, not exactly value for money but your best bet in Satna.

Satna is a small town or district in one of the largest states of India. As such there are no good options for stay but amongst all Hotel Bharhut seems to be the best one. The hotel is affiliated with M.P. Tourism i.e. the state government. It is fairly big but also a tad bit outdated as they still have those thin mattresses on their beds, the old school locks for the room and many more such things. It boasts a swimming pool but it wasn't clean during our span of stay. Most important advice - Do not forget to carry mosquito repellent as there are a hell lot of Mosquitos in the area due to that big garden of the hotel.

Mix experiences

The overall experiences was not a bad, a kind of mix experience. Stayed after a long time spending in Metro City. The quality of room and ambiance was below my expectation but some I like the food. I can say in these small city require some professional training to all staff of hotel, which is lacking.

A Pleasant surprise

The stay at this MP tourism hotel was a pleasant surprise.The rooms were immaculately clean with all facilities available in a 3 star hotel.The service was prompt and staff was extremely courteous, right from reception to dining room.
Had only Breakfast which was just OK. Nothing much to write about except that the cardamom tea ordered was always excellent.
