This is a very nice place to stay. The facilities are clean, comfortable, with all basic amenities. It has a beautiful garden and livingroom. It´s near to "Parque Histórico" of Guayaquil city. Ideal for those who want to stay in a very quite place.

Loved the hotel hated the internet, friendliest.staff ever. The ciudadela entre Rios is very secure and its very near Parke historicity Guayaquil a theater which offers weekly concerts and a couple malls

I travel frequently to Guayaquil for my blog/business and have stayed in most of the recommended hotels for the area but this hotel specifically has something the others don't: a homey feeling, attentive staff and central location. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to everything and to those who enjoy personalised service! PS: that mattress is absolute heaven!

Everyone was very attentive and nice. Also rooms were very cozy and modern many people asked me if i liked it or if they should go there i told them without a doubt, especially since theres many places and restaurants near the area. I would definitely go back.
