Beautiful rooms and attentive staff
HPCtravelleron 21/08/2017 03:09We were here for three nights and had a wonderful stay. We booked two rooms - for my mother and for my family. The rooms are beautifully appointed and large. We requested a family room and got a two story loft with two bathrooms. It was fantastic. The main bathroom had an enormous tub. My mother's room was even nicer with a large patio. Everything we needed was there. Being with my young daughter, very pregnant wife, and my mother, we needed to be a short walk from everything and this was a good choice. The location is great - only a short walk from the main square and two minutes from the tram. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were attentive and friendly. They went out of the way to make my family feel at home and to ensure we had everything we need. I highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely staff and great location
Tine1971on 14/08/2017 08:40My mum and I stayed in this hotel and it was fabulous. A special thank you to the reception staff who were fantastic,Thomas, Bertraund, Richard and Solene. They all spoke English however we do speak some (limited!) French. It is a great location and just a short walk to the sites and town. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff in the restaurant. There were only a couple of very little negative points....our shower leaked all over the floor (room 303) and the toilet is separate to the bathroom and is tiny! Also the towels were changed daily which we had not asked for and thought was a waste, however, very minor thoughts.
Very nice hotel for wine trips in the Bordeaux region
hrsmith23on 10/08/2017 13:08My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights while wine tasting on the right and left banks of Bordeaux. This hotel was very clean and modern inside. We didn't care for the toilet being in a totally separate room from the rest of the bathroom. I have seen the toilet in its own closet within the bathroom but never two totally separate rooms. The air conditioning was not super powerful but overall not a big issue. The staff were friendly and they had valet parking which was very nice. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because it was very expensive. However, there is a Paul and a Starbucks within a couple minutes walking distance. The hotel is not right in the main shopping area of the city of Bordeaux. It's about a ten minute walk to all the restaurants but it was a nice walk so this is no problem. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Helpful friendly staff

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful with the change as well as information.
Although this hotel was on the outskirts of the tourist area it was a easy walk to city centre.

roadguyPittsburgh_Paon 09/08/2017 00:04the room was modern, comfortable, up-to-date and big. the bath was more than you will usually get in a U.S. hotel. we only had breakfast at the hotel but it was all you need o get the day started. staff was friendly and helpful. all in all, a great pick.
