Good Budget Hotel Option
seafare74on 07/07/2017 22:54We stayed here two nights and while the rooms are pretty basic we had the impression that they are trying to make improvements. We did have some noise problems at night. They are in a great location and have a couple terraces that look out at the lake just across the street.
Very average!
ashbanrajon 17/06/2017 03:17Bugs and lizards were present at this bus hotel. Service was very average. Lounge area and front lobby were mediocre. Pick a different hofel if you have a choice. That's all I have to say. Hotel peten which is run by the same owner was very nice and clean. Bhanu
Good hotel
AnoekVon 03/06/2017 20:31The location of the hotel is good, but the Island is not that big. There is a terrace at the 3th floor overlooking the lake and on the groundfloor there is also a little balcony. Our room was on the groundfloor and had a door to the shared balcony.

Lise Lon 29/05/2017 01:51Really good location but the receptionist was not nice, the room was clean but it was really the bare minimum. The bathroom was old, the bed headboard was broken, the remote of the tv was not working (probably battery) etc...
Two night stay Great location
Bradley Bon 11/05/2017 22:22For the price I think this is one of the better values. The room was nice with A/C and a great balcony overlooking the water. You will hear some traffic noise at night as it is on the main walk way but it didn't affect my ability to sleep. Staff was always very nice and attentive. Most importantly the safe is always at the entrance to make sure you are supposed to be there. No t that I ever felt safety was an issue. It is slightly dated in the rooms but its all relative to Guatemala outside of guat city and antigua
