Nice hotel set in a quiet location
Suz2002on 09/05/2017 20:22Large, modern rooms with spacious bathrooms decorated to a high standard. We enjoyed our stay in Chaves and can attest to the comfortable mattresses on offer at this hotel. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and were served by a very nice waiter. The buffet was okay, it could do with a bit of variety.
Superb hotel;Brilliant staff
Damien Mon 25/10/2016 18:55Our second visit to this wonderful hotel and we weren't disappointed.Superb location overlooking the city (or depending on preference, mountain views). The rooms are generous in size with private balconies and immaculately clean - like all public areas and the hotel grounds.
The staff are extremely friendly and always concerned to help if necessary.A particular pleasure is the Health Club and the outdoor infinity pool is a real positive.
Breakfast is excellent and all round value for money is assured.
We'll definitely return again.
Nice place to stay and look around
Graça Pon 28/09/2016 15:37Modern, clean, with a nice breakfast. Awesome building. Great swimming pool. A very good place to stay and visit everything close.
Even if you have a lot of good restaurants near by you should try to have a meal there.
Poor service
john_rose_stevensonon 26/09/2016 20:04Although our room was very nice, and comfortable, the service at this hotel was appalling. Reception staff were OK, but waiting 30 minutes for coffee, same for a Pimms which they didn't know how to make...(he replaced it with another, then tried to charge for it), and 90 minutes for basic pizzas, and main meals in the restaurant. This is totally unacceptable. I had organised this place for a large group to stay at for a wedding...disappointing service!

JoseSMon 14/09/2016 18:49Very modern Hotel with great rooms but missing personality! The decoration is very poor and bad taste . To sleep a go. Kind staff . Great swiming pool but no green areas . Nice location for Casino lovers
