This place has the potential to be better than this. as its our second visit to this hotel but rooms are getting worst in condition
Quite & Comfortable for Budget Travel
Vishal Von 26/05/2017 03:48I chose this property for a family stay (especially for old age maa and masi). The hotel checks on all basic amenities for a day or two stay. If one cuts all his/her fuss and focus on city tour and then a good night's sleep, this hotel scores good marks as it gives a right balance of peaceful, comfortable yet economical stay. Staff is courteous and promptly responds to guests requests and queries. Cleanliness can be improved but this is just a feedback, not really a complaint. Location wise, it sits on a high point which gives you a very good view of the city down in the valley. A perfect summer gateway if you come from a overly crowded and mechanised cosmopolitan city/town. A note of thanks to hotel staff, management for taking care of us. A comeback here will always be on my cards..
worst location, hospitality & management

Only once in a day pick n drop or else they will charge rs. 100-150
Staff:- rude behavior & completely unprofessional. For heater(not wrked property)they charge 300Bucks.
Which they took separately with out mentioning on checkout bill.
food:- bad quality of food, seems to be cooked in unhygienic condition.
My ordered milk was full of water in it, with weird smell.
Do not go for this hotel , completely disappointing.
Budget Hotel with nice view
Khushi_the_rockon 20/01/2017 07:43We booked hotel of 3 rooms. It's very nice. Room cleanliness, staff behaviour everything is good. Best thing it is budget hotel. They provide pick and drop from bus stand to hotel. And there is shortcut to go Mall Road from this hotel. View from balcony is excellent. Only one problem we faced i.e. hot water. They provide but it had taken too much time.
Room with a View
Abhinav Con 13/10/2016 08:04Didn't actually expect the room to have such a good view of the valley - happy to have been proven wrong. Sunlight streaming in through the windows in the morning especially at a place like Mussoorie - you can guess how good that feels.
Room service was very prompt & the staff were very helpful. The in-house restaurant wasn't too bad either - most of their items I ordered did pass muster easily.
Overall experience was great. Value Plus stay indeed.
