I booked this hotel through Agoda for which I received a confirmation email. I also stated I would not be arriving till after 10pm. After a 9 hour bus trip I arrived at the hotel at 10.30pm to find they did not have a room for me. The two manager's on duty did not feel the least bit inclined to care or help me. After trying to pass me off to a cheap hotel and being nearly midnight by now, I'd had enough of their lame excuses, and booked another hotel myself. This was not the doing of Agoda in any way but the hotel itself. I think they realized they could charge a higher rate for the room and just decided to refuse to honor my booking.

Best Hotel in Bareilly
MathurS11on 03/01/2017 13:23I have stayed several times at this hotel, and can confidently state that this is the best hotel in Bareilly city from almost all perspectives... location, amenities, food, cleanliness, presentation, ambience, service, staff... and most importantly - price.
There is ample parking space available at the hotel which means that one does not need to worry about the safety of his vehicle during his stay. Inside, there is a warmly lit lobby, from where the courteous staff will guide you through their premises.
The rooms are well-appointed with all facilities available on-hand (including wi-fi). I received complimentary buffet breakfast for every day of my stay, which was a welcome gesture!! All room services are very prompt. I ordered eatables and coffee several times during my stay, and every time the room service brought the order without any delay.
The hotel has a nice indoor pool side area on the 5th floor which is excellent for partying. There is also a restaurant called Sips 'n Bites where they have some exquisite delicacies. The restaurant and the bar area seem to have been recently renovated and now look very elegant.
My personal favourite is the hotel's fitness center on the 4th floor which has all necessary equipment needed to work out... its massage chair is a delight for complete relaxation.
This place is definitely the one to stay at, if one is travelling to Bareilly... since it comes across as the only professionally managed hotel in this city. They set the bar high for Bareilly's hospitality industry!!

Service for hot and cold water supply is so poor. It takes 10-15 mints to change the water state and too much wastage of water.Hotel Mgt. should fix this.
Else things are good breakfast/room spacing/interior designs are more than ok.
