Mona Kon 07/03/2016 13:04I just booked a room through this hotel: The room got was very clean and had a nice big bathroom. Comfortable beds.The staff was very friendlY and courteous.
Even allowed to have breakfast early.
Not at all fa from the train station and close to grocercy store, Center of town 10 minute walk.
The one thing that would have been nice to have is black out curtains as the room is bright, and light sheers are the only curtains they have.
If you are looking for a place to stay this place is nice.

Chirri_05on 02/04/2014 14:46Booked a double room through a travel agency. Arrived in the evening after searching for it for a while and got a tiny single room. Had breakfast next morning, which was quite simple. Now the best thing: they charged me a double room, as the booking was done for a double room. And they charged me two breakfasts, as a double room charges for two breakfasts... I tried to explain that it was them giving me a single room. And that it was only me having breakfast. Their answer: tough luck ! I should have advised them of their mistake. It is definitely not about the money. It's their attitude. And on top, the hotel is really simple. I have no clue how they ever managed to get a single star. In any case, do not use this hotel. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my frequent travelling life. I am still amazed by their attitude...
Poor quality of managment
alfie25on 19/12/2008 12:41Booked hotel before travelling, on arrival waited at reception for 1hour before any one was available. On payment the manager demanded a cash payment when i said i would pay by company credit card the manager became abusive saying they only accepted cash, when i stated that on the web-site it says all major cards accepted he told me it was not the hotel who wrote the page. Think seriously before booking this hotel.
