Thanks for the great service. Check in was smooth and welcome drink on arrival. All staff were well trained and in restaurant food taste was delicious specially breakfast. Rooms were neat and clean. Gym was good. Specially thanks to Sachin from front desk. Overall every was good. Will vist on next trip

IT WAS TOTALLY A MESS

Submitted a reservation request through the hotel's own website on January 25 for arrival on January 30. I wasn't notified that my reservation request was confirmed until February 14, which's nearly 3 weeks after the date of submission for the reservation!!! What's more ridiculous was that I only booked for 1 night, and they actually charged me for 2 nights!!! Tried to contact the hotel directly to resolve this but receive no response.

Being the most reputed restaurant of the town,it was meant that budget would atleast increase double fold.But they proved us wrong. With the best premium service we got the best price,a price less than a local hall in our city.
Cutting the long story short ,let's talk about food first. Awesome,just awesome being a Jain , getting such a great taste of Jain food is really worth a praise.The groom family which were not Jain also enjoyed the food. Talking about the hospitality of staff, from the bell boy to the general manager were working like they were the host and we were just a guest.General Manager of the hotel made sure everytime that the function is going smooth without even a single glitch.
Main Chef was with us in every meeting, helping us continuously so the overall function have a huge impact.

I will definitely recommend to go there have the best full range breakfast till the best chocolate brownie for dessert.

Rooms were too comfortable and clean, food was delicious. Staff was also caring and good in nature. Best services. Hotel is in prime location and easily reachable to the Market. Really enjoyed the stay.

A hotel fortune palace is centrally located in this area. Hotel intirear is best nd lighting is best. Hotel food is best nd testy. Hotel room is wild and comfortable. Service is the best by hotel staff.
