Lovely ambiance and pleasing stay
mohammed ion 24/08/2017 11:51I am regular guest at this hotel, and this is the only hotel that I prefer everytime and always.. did try LePebble in Tirupur once, however a very distasteful experience there.
I have been visiting regularly for the past 2 years and must say and I go happy from here everytime..
A very special mention goes to the manager named Saranya, a very pleasing personality and always ready to help with a smile along with her entire staff...

Functional Hotel - has potential to improve
Ramachandran Gon 18/08/2017 06:33Ginger is located off the main road and is a big property. The entrance and Reception was not marked properly. Car parking was adequate and comfortable.
The lobby is big, ambient and friendly. Room was fairly comfortable and simple. Walls need another coat of paint. A/c, Wifi and power worked well. However, the towel(s) in the bathroom were torn - somebody should have noticed this and have them replaced. No ventilation / exhaust in the bathroom.
Food in the restaurant was good but spicy. However, a lot could have been done to present the food properly. Serving vessels looked old. The water glasses were plastic and not replaced promptly. Soup was lukewarm.
Buffet breakfast that was meant to start at 7.30 am wasn't fully ready till much after 8.00 Just one server was managing the restaurant and attending to room service. Fruit and fruit juice was placed very late..
Overall, an average place. Plenty of scope for improving themselves with some diligent managing and supervision and attention to finesse and make it a top class hotel in Tirupur.
Not a pleasant stay
mohanishereon 12/07/2017 12:25I had booked rooms for couple of friends/families to stay. In every room there was some problems like fridge /ac/ shower not working and had to call the room service numerous times. It's understood that rooms were fully booked but unfinished rooms shouldn't be made available.
