Bad hotel with good staff
Mohammed Son 23/08/2017 00:31No neatness at all. Prices are low. Rooms are in very unhygienic condition. Air condition are not working properly. The only thing good was the staff, they were polite and attentive. Overall not at all recommended.
Okay hotel only for a short stay

1. Central location: close to bus stand, railway station, Gulbarga fort, lake, sharanabasaveshwara temple
2. Most of the hotel staff are courteous and eager to help. They are open to suggestions
3. The food is reasonably good if one likes spicy food
4. Toiletries (soap and shampoo) are replenished daily.
5. Room air conditioners are good and effective.
Negative points about this hotel are
1. During our visit to this hotel in monsoons the hotel was flooded with house flies and the food was not being kept covered until we strongly insisted.
2. The menu for buffet breakfast is limited and there is very little variety
3.There is no 24 hour hot water supply. It is made available in the morning. In the evening you could get a bucket of hot water upon request
4.The hotel is not very clean and looks old
5. Free Wifi is not available in the rooms and is available only in reception and restaurant.
To summarize, this hotel may be considered only for a short stay of 1-2 days at Gulbarga

priyankprudhvion 12/06/2017 12:22Hotel room and food is average, although they charges around 1100/- AC is good. Sleep is not that good. As the cot and matressess are old and not good. Car parking is outside of the hotel. Security is present.

1. Easy to locate. Near famous point and has big hoarding naming hotel.
2. Decent food.
3. Enclosed 2W parking.
4. Good hospitality.
Cons:
1. Since it's a bar place too so can see hell lot of crowd of locals in night.
Very Low Class
GJS1960on 23/04/2017 09:18booked the property thru MMT. Definitely very low class and not worth being on MMT. however, the place provides good food . Has a bar as well . Breakfast , although strictly veg & south Indian , was very good. Has a SPA as well.
But rooms are not very good. Wooden flooring is chipped. Bathroom is very basic. Does not have 24 hours hot water.
