Excellent service, comfortable stay
Avik Don 24/08/2017 17:50We arrived at the hotel at the very end of our Cherrapunjee trip. Located near to the Lady Hydari Park, the location of the hotel was a bit away from the congested city. The entrance of the hotel felt romantic with a wooden walkway and a small garden decorated with flowers and dim lights. Hotel rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast, there was not much options, but we were able to fill our self. The staffs are friendly. All round it was a nice stay. We got a good deal in Oyo too!

Awopumi77on 02/08/2017 06:07The hotel looks nice from outside and rooms are also decent. The location is perfect but the reception staffs are terrible. Seriously the staffs need serious training on how to talk decently without attitude especially the manager. No proper way of talking to clients and no manners and decency. There was no water supply in the bathroom so I had to request four(4) times for the water. No cleaning of rooms daily. Terrible manager(probably the worst manager in the world). I stayed from 28.07.2017 - 30.07.2017.
Very cozy hotel
suparnadeyghoshon 03/07/2017 13:20Nice & Cozy Hotel. Nothing fancy, but has a charming ambience. Good location beside the Lady Hydari Park Zoo. Staff are very warm and friendly. Clean facilities. Total value for money. Kid friendly. The swing at the entrance was a big hit with the kids.
Comfortable stay, Filling Breakfast
Raisa23on 12/05/2017 07:32Great place to base yourself on your Meghalaya Trip. Location wise, not too far away from Police bazar, yet far enough from the madding crowds.
The entrance is beautifully decorated with flowers that would cheer you up.
Rooms are cozy, Even the extra beds provided were premiere.
Breakfast was filling all you can eat, basic.
Great Staff.
Will return here when in Shillong.

Right from the word go, the service was amazing. No electricity outage, clean rooms , complimentary breakfasts, 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water daily.
