Generally good, few things to note.
watparon 21/08/2017 21:39Visited during the festival so operating at near capacity, Well located hotel with friendly staff and modern decor. Bedrooms spacious enough and noise levels good (except some other customers but that's not the hotels issue). Free mini bar was nice touch and breakfast good value for £9.95
The wifi was inept and is being replaced, the TV was alright not great. Had an issue with the room being cleaned, but overall I felt they coped well at a busy time.
Staff were patient and switched on, with mangement visible and active at the front desk during the day.
We were here during the Festival. It was expensive but I am sure everywhere is at this time
Elizabeth Won 20/08/2017 16:41Room was good, although cleaning not brilliant. Breakfast was very good but please don't go to the restaurant for dinner; it was awful. Hotel is well situated adjacent to the final tram stop and it is a good journey to and from the airport.
Beautiful hotel
Rosie Mon 18/08/2017 22:05Stayed during the fringe so thought the hotel would be mobbed but was actually pleasantly quiet. Beautiful hotel - the room was massive and very comfortable. The staff were really nice on the check in and out. Have no complaints at all. Read on here a comment about a slow lift - not sure what that's about. We took the lift to get up/down and it was fine.
Nice Hotel, Good Location
EODUKon 17/08/2017 21:11Stayed for 3 nights during the festival, within walking distance from the city centre with bars and restraints nearby. Staff professional and helpful, our executive room was large and king size bed was very comfortable with a TV at the foot of the bed. Bathroom OK with walking shower, towels decent quality however toiletries were very basic and limited.
The hotel has a bar and restaurant but we didn't use them during our stay as we prefer to explore what's on offer in the city. I would stay again.
Great service
Jayjay72on 16/08/2017 21:05I visited here with my Gran who is in a wheelchair, on arrival the wheelchair lift was out of order and we had to use a temporary mental ramp to gain access. The stairs outside are steep and the staff were great at helping me in and out with the wheelchair.
The rooms were bright and comfortable and the complementary snacks in the mini bar were a nice touch.
The hotel is in an ideal location for the playhouse. The breakfast was ok but could have been better, hence why I marked it down slightly.
