Excellent
Randwickon 12/07/2017 13:30We had a fabulous weekend in Glasgow and stayed at this lovely hotel.
We arrived early thinking we could leave our luggage, but luckily there was a room free for us, we overlooked the front of the hotel and I worried about noise but there was not a peep, luckily there must be triple glazing!
The room was extremely comfortable with fabulous big bed, also a fridge with soft drinks and crisp and good old
Tunnocks caramel wafers. Plus a coffee maker which was a godsend.
Our breakfast was excellent, I had yummy pancakes bacon and maple syrup. Plenty to choose from.
Staff were extremely attentive and helpful.
All in all a great find and will certainly return.
Lovely, spacious hotel
annesleySuffolkon 11/07/2017 00:19The rooms here are lovely, very big and nicely designed. Very comfy beds, and quiet rooms, isolated from the outside world. Yet at the same time, the hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of the city, and only five minutes from Central Station. The staff are lovely, consistently friendly. The restaurant food is very nice.
Something I didn't understand was that the prices quoted at reception were £500 per night! Yet on the website they quote £120 per night, even for a room booked that night. With some searching around, you can get it concisely less than that. I have no idea why reception shows such crazy prices!
The only two small criticisms I would have is that floorboards tend to squeak in the rooms, and that some of the signage around the hotel looked cheap. A small thing, but in such a good hotel, small things matter.
Overall, I really lovely hotel that's very hard to fault indeed.
A Quality Hotel
Andrew Mon 09/07/2017 11:58We stayed a couple of nights to conclude our business in Scotland. It provided quite a contrast to our previous experience in Glasgow.
Staff were accommodating even when busy.
Our room was a good size with generous inclusions. And quiet.
We enjoyed breakfasts cooked to our order.
WiFi and TV were good.

Gregorysgirl07on 08/07/2017 19:57Thid was my first visit to this hotel.Very helpful,friendly efficient staff especially when I had to change my booking,thanks Chris!The room was lovely,huge comfy bed,amazing well designed shower and complimentary snacks and soft drinks were very welcome.Breakfast was very good with varied choices for continental and cooked food options.I will def return and highly recommend as a base for visiting Glasgow.
Nice stay over
Mr William Tors... Mon 08/07/2017 16:27I am really proud of the choice of Hotel that I made when I was in Glasgow earlier this summer. It was not expensive but it had a lot of offer, e.g. a nice gym and room. From the hotel you can easily get to the town centre and the train stations. I will definitely come back to the hotel once again.
