I rate this Hotel as Average.
Centrally Located.
Though the Hotel Team is Courteous but it needs certain improvements in Terms of their Ratings as per my suggestion, such as -
☆ Their should be Tea / Coffee Maker in the Room
☆Safe Deposite Locker should be Installed
☆ Rooms should be carpeted and Door Mats should be placed near the Bathroom Area.
☆News paper should be provided in Rooms early morning.
☆Necessary Bathroom Toiletries such as Shaving Kits and Dental Kit should be provided.
☆Furnishings and Furniture needs to be replaced.
An excellent hotel at a prime location
Ramashankar Pon 30/01/2017 09:29Very good hotel . Staff was polite and cooperative. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable . The hotel has a very big compound with a vast open space and lawn in front of it, which , i think only five star hotel can afford at such a prime location.
A well maintained Heritage Hotel, highly recommended.
Sushil Mon 02/01/2017 14:46Nice Heritage Hotel in Jaipur, very well maintained. Hotel Staff is very cooperative. Full marks to cleanliness. Nice exterior and lawns. Food is delicious and well in Budget. I would like to recommend this hotel. The only thing is to improve is that they should have LEDs instead of TV sets, anyways we did'nt get time to watch it as we were there for 2 nights stay and there was lot to visit in Jaipur.

Hotel was good. The location was also near to market area. Staff was co-operative. Food was also good.
Bad points:
Though some corners of the room were not clean & one could easily spot the dust. Found 2 baby cockroaches in the cupboard.
They have the WORST & TOO EXPENSIVE travel desk. They try to charge some extra bucks despite of having an earlier communication & fixing the rates.

beingmukson 15/10/2016 21:40A place with a very cool staff and excellent service. Did not expect this cool service from them since they are government undertaking. Enjoyed every moment being there! Best place for couple to reside in cheaper cost.
