Disappointing!!!

Other than that:
- No soap and tissue in the toilet. Only one towel given.
- Noisy at midnight with the loud voices of the staffs.
- No cleaning of the room at all (I stayed more than 3 days)!
- I saw some red stain on the lower part of the bed. Is it paint or blood or betel-chewing saliva? Eeeew.
- Water leaked from the AC.
- TV could't work.
- Phone was broken (I couldn't send my voice).
- There was someone's short pant inside the cupboard!
- The breakfast is so basic and so little. And very not on time!
Sorry, I cannot recommend this hotel. It charged me more than a hotel in Fort, Mumbai but I got much less satisfaction than from a guesthouse in small town.
Not a smooth Stay
Subho_travelleron 05/06/2017 18:31The Stay was not smooth. Had to call reception and ask for help multiple times. Pretty basic amenities , AC without remote, Toilet without tissue roll. Reception is not professional. I did not like the stay in this place.

The food is delicious but is salty
Room is fine but there is no parfum in rhe room & no parfum in the bathroom
Staff is very helpful

Tribhuvan Son 21/02/2017 14:53Cooperative staff. Good location. Near by market and atms. Need few improvement in bathrooms. Need little bit improvement in walla repair . Restaurent is good. Overall a good experience staying in a luxury room

2. Staff uncourteous
3. Ask for extra charges if you have visitors.
4. Poor food for breakfast. Last day I had to eat outside.
I had a very bad experience. A visitor came to meet me and the receptionist tells him that this will be charged as extra person. After an hour when I was going out with the visitor then again the receptionist mentioned extra charge saying that the visitor must have"refreshed" in my room on which I got angry and had to speak to the owner to sort out the matter.
