Karraz Hotel or Appartement Louvre??
Claudio Don 25/01/2017 14:40While surfing on booking.com I've found "Appartement Louvre" a convenient choice.
When arrived I've understood that Apartement Louvre is managed by Hotel Karraz.
Ok nothing to say about this.
The 2nd floor flat was large enough but with very old furnitures and a tiny bathroom.
What was really disappointing me was the temperature of the room. There's no heater but a small and old electric heater that barely was able to keep the temperature at 19 despite of working around the clock. The nearby are plenty of bars and restaurants. Les Halles is well connected with RERB. Reception is not 24hrs a day available
Great location
coyne45on 25/05/2015 00:23Arrived early on Wednesday with my daughters, the manager was pleasant and helpful and let us leave our bags whilst he was preparing our room.
Very basic hotel but clean and on top of the station and within walking distance of the river and several places of interest.
On our last day he let us keep the room on for a few more hours.
Word of warning, we were on the 1st floor and we managed to navigate the very narrow stairway but I wouldn't want to have stayed higher up..... No lift.
A warm, comfort and romantic hotel

It locates in Paris’s downtown and can walk to the subway in 2 minutes, walk to the Lourvre Museum and the Seine River in less 10 minutes. It’s very convenient to visit scenic spots or to go shopping
Life would be more convenient if you live in Karraz Hotel: there are many shops, restaurants and bars around it; some supermarkets and sweet shops are near there, too. Anytime you can get anything you want to eat.
Moreover, the hotel is an apartment which has a big room with a double-bed and a single-bed, an open-kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen ware. You can make breakfast, cook lunch or supper if you like.
The boss is very kindly, friendly and thoughtful. He always provide serves immediately as you like, even if his hotel is a self-catering hotel. He even helps guests to lift suitcase, go to subway station or restaurant.
I feel Karraz Hotel just like a home in my journey. Especially while the trip made me tired, it could give me warm, safe and comfort. I have visited Paris twice, and both lived in it.

Chris Con 23/10/2014 01:25My wife and I had 5 great nights at this centrally located hotel. Close to Metro and lots of restaurants. The room was very clean and it was a bonus to have a kitchen area. The manager was friendly and helped us carry our bags up to the 3rd floor
5 floors without lift
Jiri Lon 31/08/2014 21:12The location is very good and staff was friendly and helpful. But be informed the building is very narrow without lift. Stairs are old and narrow, up to 5 floor... It's very uncomfortable if you have any problem with walking. I'm a bit confused if it's name is Karraz hotel or Appart hotel. I had trouble to identify the hotel outside and "lobby room" was strange. But the room and staff was ok.
