A gem of a hotel!
Penelope640on 28/08/2017 10:17A delightful small hotel, quiet and overlooking the port where the cruise ships come in. Lovely rooms, helpful staff and delicious food served in a pretty courtyard. The hotel has a fascinating history having been a family home, a prison and a school in its time. Highly recommend for couples or families who like something quiet and relaxed.

We enjoyed breakfasts under the pergola daily and took in all the garden. The outdoor swimming pool is so beautiful too...
Could have stayed for days!

It is a lovely old home converted into an extremely comfortable "boutique" hotel. Room was a sanctuary. Quiet, clean, comfortable, one of my favorite stays at a hotel in a long time. BEAUTIFUL large swimming pool.
Access to a neighborhood away from the Dubrovnik crowds - Go eat at ORsan! Fantastic seafood, esp. shrimp scampi. And very close to the Gruz boat harbor that your boat might be leaving from, We loved it here.
Fantastic hotel
Kate Con 18/08/2017 20:10I can't fault this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, great service. With the hotel being small we felt the whole experience was personal. Even though it was fully booked there were only a few people sitting by the pool & we always had the pool to ourselves when we wanted it. We are breakfast there & there was so much choice and all of it was delicious. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and getting to the old city was very easy.
We had a brilliant time here & would definitely come back.
Great for extended family vacation
woodstockgalBostonon 14/08/2017 22:36We were a large family group who took over almost the entire hotel for a week. The staff were extremely tolerant and adapted well to special requests such as dinner by the pool on very hot evenings. Rooms were immaculately clean and well air conditioned, not overly large, but there were pleasant seating areas elsewhere, both inside and out, including a large roof deck overlooking the harbor. Breakfasts had a wide choice of freshly prepared foods and food overall was above average for the restaurants we tried in the area.
