Had an extremely short stay as prior commitments forced Silvassa trip to be a day trip. So wasn't looking at any fancy resort or amenities. This being at the budget and the location; was the perfect fit. Ample parking space helped cementing the choice even further.

Location: At the main cross road signal. Easy to miss so drive slowly. If coming from Mumbai/ Bhilad crossing, it is about 50 feet before the main signal. Very close to the tribal museum/church and hardly a km from Damanganga river front.

Rooms: Basic rooms, but spacious. Old furnishing but little more than average cleanliness. Sufficient no of couches and tables. Bathroom was better than we expected. Split AC so wasn't noisy. Small Flat screen TV. Though not many channels to choose from (not a single music channel was working in the Tata sky connection). Had a couple of soaps and shampoos in the name of toileteries. By default there was only one towel. The elevator was thankfully functional.

Food: Ordered room service and was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery and the arrangement. Menu seemed to have a lot of variety, including beverages; albeit no non-veg options. Didn't really go to the restaurant so can't comment on that.

Service: As compared to the reviews, we found the service quick and staff didn't give us any reason to complain. They were courteous and had good knowledge in their field. Didn't really stay long enough to experience multiple services but whatever we did was good enough. E.g. we had ordered a water bottle but didn't open it or use it, so there was no fuss in returning it and not being charged for it. POS machine worked at check out so no need for cash hassles.

Overall ok experience for the no fuss/short trip traveler.

Worth staying hotel in silvassa

Worth staying with family, food was tasty and hygienic, ambiance wise neat and clean, ample parking.. staff got good manners..

even saw them training their staff for fire and safety.. good management..

Most important is found genuine brands of liquor sold at normal rates..🍾👍

Good place to stay in Silvassa

The hotel is located at a strategic location and offers good and comfortable rooms with efficient service at affordable prices. The rooms are well maintained though not large but compact. The service is very good.

Nice location but average facilities

The location of the hotel is very good as it is situated in the city centre where all shopping and other facilities are easily available. However, the facilities provided by the hotel could be rated as Average only. There was nothing special in the so called 'Deluxe Room' provided by the hotel. Even Wi Fi is not available in the room. Since the timings of my train were such that I reached the hotel a little earlier and requested to provide the facility of a wash room only for about half an hour so that I could fresh up and leave for city visit thereafter but even though the spare rooms were available, my request was turned down.

Good Location with very average service

We visited this hotel during Christmas weekend for 1 night, I must say I was rather impressed with the Hotel at the first sight. Things which really look good were good location and cleanliness (yes that was good). But what really dampen the experience was service at the restaurant. It took good 45 mins to serve lunch. We were so hassled (i was travelling with my wife, kid & parents) that we opted for outside restaurant in night. We expect it to be better in morning break fast, but it was not the case. So 3 stars are for location & cleanliness only.
