NOOOOOO
Darcey Mon 17/02/2017 13:22NEVER GO HERE!!! When we arrived the first dinner was cold and practically inedible so we ate what we could and went to our room. I was in a three room,407, and it is relatively spacious so we put our suitcases away. Then we woke up AT 4 IN THE MORNING because our room was freezing! We told reception and nothing was done to fix it. The breakfast is edible but not preferred and the food at the mountain was delicious in comparison. Another thing too mention that the shower doesn't work and is freezing as well. All the dinners are disgusting, beige, salty, unhealthy, no variety and were obviously frozen before. The was a constant smell of diesel inside and they left us with no toilet roll. On the last day we were told we could have a late check out. But no. All of our stuff was chucked around several other rooms items were in ours and everything was in bin bags even loose things like chargers. We have lost numerous items and money. They put our stuff in suitcases (see below). They had an overpriced vending machine which was used because the food was inedible. If all other hotels burn down I would leave Andora because this is disgusting.
One good note is that the reception staff are very friendly but the others are not.
Do not recommend!!
Worst experience ever,do not waste your money!!!!
CourtneyChildson 22/05/2016 15:32Was was there for a week as a ski school for around 45 of us. Everyday the food was cold and uncooked. Very convenient that there is a grocery store two doors down! Most students didn't eat for days and were forced to drink warm water everyday. The rooms were disgusting (as you can see in the pictures) nothing like the photos online there are obviously from when the hotel first opened. Also the wifi stopped working and the reception lied saying it was 'broken' but the allowance ran out. The elevator broke and 2 students were trapped in there for nearly 2 hours. The staff was very rude when being confronted with the complaints and hardly speak any English which made it very difficult for the complaints to be taken seriously. We had students sharing double beds and 5 students sharing the smallest room. Also with the shower doors falling off and this cheap and cheerful experience wasn't cheerful at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
La mola
Jenp8085on 08/01/2016 18:50Unclean bedroom with cobwebs and mouldy curtains. Also booked a triple room expecting three beds. Upon arrival we were given a double room with a folding bed squeezed in when the first of my party arrived and queried this issue. The folding bed was extremely uncomfortable and I would consider this a risk due to limited space in the room. Staff refused to deal with this issue, I was promised the manager would speak to me at an arranged time however they did not arrive and I was informed they would not be. However we asked to keep the room for late check out and we're going to be charged €15 this was not charged due to the room discrepancy.
Ski bus is literally outside the hotel which is very convenient.
Shower in hotel is great!
Simple and friendly
Marianna_D123on 20/03/2014 10:10The simple hotel, not very old, not new, but rooms are big, there is enough space even for snowboards))
The stuff is super friendly also they try to speak Russian, it was very charming.
Location:
Just in front the hotel there is a Skibus stop, the Funibus takes you to Funicamp in 4-5 minutes.
On the right - a big supermercado
On the left - a hot swimming-pool so you can swim in winter in open-air.
I prefer Encamp than the capital cause it's quite and at the same time you can find everything that you need in Encamp.
