Staying at the Hotel Le Bayeaux was like being home. Very comfortable and welcoming. Our room was just right and the bed were just right. The staff was friendly and made wonderful suggestions for dinner. We also thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the Normandy D-Day beaches. Even our 8 year old was riveted by the stories and the history she saw and learned for Cedric. We will be back.

Outstanding staff, very helpful, especially the young woman who assisted me on several issues and recommended a terrific place for supper. Room was very comfortable, breakfast delicious and very ample. Great location.

We traveled to Bayeux to visit the Normandy Beaches and the American Cemetery. I picked Bayeux after researching several other towns. I am glad we went to Bayeux and stayed at this hotel. The staff communicated with me for months before our trip and had a tour of the beaches and cemetery set up for us before our arrival. The hotel was within walking distance to all the attractions in Bayeux, including the Bayeux Tapestry and the Normandy Battle Museum and the British cemetery. The hotel was older but was clean and comfortable. If I return to Normandy, which I hope to again as it is a powerful experience, I will stay in Bayeux and again at the Hotel le Bayeux.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Warm family friendly atmosphere. Centrally pocked to everything in Bayeux. Will stay there on our next trip!!!!

Lovely hotel with excellent service and an awesome breakfast. All of our travelers were delighted that hotel was close to a spectacular cathedral with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Advice on local sites and dining options was reliable and helpful.
