A bit sniffy

Stayed their last weekend for three nights,be warned unless you get to stay in the rooms at the front you can't see the Mosel from your room.
We booked through booking.com with a balcony view ? It was the rear car park.
The balconies up the side alley you don't get much day light at all,no air con,had to pay extra for the safe key in room,radio didn't work,tv remote didn't work.
The head waiter is very rude,we asked the waitress on the third night if we could sit by the window to eat and he asked her what was our room number very loudly,she told him he said only rooms to 100 ??
The waitresses where lovely,very helpful and happy to customers and didn't care what room you was in unlike the two waiters.
I have been going to Germany for 18 yrs now and this is the only time I felt like I wasn't welcome a 2nd class citizen my partner wanted to leave on the second night.
Beds are to low and very cheap(well in the back rooms) as the creek every time you turn over.
I paid €129 per night for two nights and Sunday night was €119 ??
Be warned book direct if you do with this hotel as they don't like agencies booking for them.
Our room was very outdated, breakfast is your normal Germany hotel breakfast so that was ok.
If you get a room at the rear and it's hot the trains run all night so if you have the windows open up can hear them.
Will not recommend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, little bit outdated

Breakfast was very good, many choices, fruits, yoghurts, bread, shakes, etc. And eggs to order. When we were there it was filled when something was out. Restaurant is a bit modern, but dark. Room we had was small. 3rd floor, room ?? We made the mistake of having an upgrade for Moesel view. The view is great, but the road noise keeps you up at night. Room was a bit warm so window open, but than you hear the road even more...Rooms and floors are typical German, outdated (dark wood, etc). Great water pressure in the shower. Koblenz and Cochem are nice, but also nice to drive along the Moesel or take the train (we had a free train ticket included).

a truly wonderful hotel to stay for your holiday whilst touring places near the Moselle valley. i give this hotel a real positive good rating,
staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean, good standard and stocked well.
for relaxation and leisure , there is a large beauty- spa area,
swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, solarium,
for business purposes, there is a conference room for meetings.
the hotel had some music entertainment which was very good.

very happy to have stayed here, excellent.

Lovely weekend

Despite the negative comments I've read on the internet, I give this hotel a positive rating. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is really good (fresh, qualitative and more than enough), diner as well. The wellness area is not too big, but there weren't so many guests in the area all the time, so I could enjoy without being disturbed by too many others. The rasul treatment is also nice.
My room was not so big, but it was clean. Same for the bathroom. Very clean with enough towels.
The location of the hotel is perfect as a starting point to visit Cochem and Koblenz, since Löf is located right in the middle.
Summary: I enjoyed my two night stay very much, breakfast and diner included. I really enjoyed the good food and the hotel as a whole. The style of the rooms and the hallways is a rather classic German style, so don't expect a design hotel, but is is very clean, the staff is friendly and you won't leave the building with a hungry stomach! (the restaurant and breakfast area don't have the old German style, they are stylish though)

Hotel and impersonal too big ; poor staffing
The staff in the bar and at reception were very nice and helpful . The rooms were also ok. But the Mattresses were wretched

The spa is a disaster . Very very small and can not be described as a spa.
There is only one masseuse so you have to wait for each other and to the sauna must also wait forever because this is not always on .
