Stayed with my family members at Hotel Malti Palace. Its a good hotel for family stay with an advantage of close proximity to Katra Main Bazar and Bus stand and every thing near by. Rooms are at average rates with average services.
They order food from nearby restaurant named Mayur Restaurant at 10% extra charge.
Leakage in AC.
Your are accompanied by Cockroaches.
Had a co-operative staff and manager. Provide Prompt Services.

Hotel is look good from outside but " hathi k daant dikhane k kuch aur khane k kuch aur"

Hotel was average but bathroom was dirty smell was coming through. They dont have restaurant or kitchen so they arrange dinner outside. Staff was decent. I have booked 3 rooms where 1 room have good ac and others were not working properly.

Budget hotel at a good location

I stayed with my family members at Hotel Malti Plalace on 13-12-15. Its a good hotel for family stay with an advantage of close proximity to Katra Main Bazar and Bus stand. We got rooms at reasonable rate for a one day stay on our return journey. Staff is courteous. I would recommend this hotel for group and family stay

Good hotel with descent staff

I stayed with my family in Hotel Malti palace, Katra during my yaatra to Vaishno Devi on November 3, 2014 (night). I was first time in Katra, room booked through one of my brother. Very pleasing staff members, good room service, better cleanliness, rooms are spacious, good location. i would recommend this hotel.

Good place for Short stay

I stayed here on my return journey from Mata Darshan. Got a decent deal from the hotel..for more than decent rooms (group of 10 people). They do mention the 10% service charge on room orders quite vocally at the time of check in even though they cater food from a nearby restaurant (Mayur rest) , I would recommend going out to nearby restaurants for a much cheaper and better meal. (if you have the strength and will esp after the yatra). ....Positives# Courteous and prompt service (except if you order food which comes from the nearby restaurant. .ours took 1 hour) # Good and clean rooms Negative # No phone charging point in the entire room # Had to charge phones in the bathroom # Only cash accepted ..no credit cards# TV and remote/s not working in 2 rooms.## AC and Coolers don't work from 7 to 9 am as there is no power and only fan is available during the time obviously on generators.
Overall a good stay for price paid.
