Cute, small hotel with a cosy atmosphere
Anseliina Bon 12/06/2017 21:15Our family of four stayed for 3 nights and we were more than satisfied our stay in this cosy and small hotel nearby the downtown. Rooms were small but the breakfast and the customer service was really great!
Worth visiting!
David Con 02/05/2017 19:23Beautiful and charming church. Especially worth visiting during the "Auer Dult". Climbing up to the the tower offers a great view of the old city of Munich!
Located in the Au, maybe the most charming suburb of Munich, the Mariahilf Kirche is located in the center of the Au and is most iconic.
Okay hotel
Janhel2014on 14/09/2016 22:41Stayed one night here when I was in the area. They upgraded me because there were no standard rooms left. A bit old fashioned but clean. Good breakfast. Pricing for München okay. Quite place for a big city. Free WiFi, works well too.
Hotel Mariahilf - a charming hotel!
Eve Lon 22/07/2016 00:50Stayed 2 nights in a suite - 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Lovely decor, very "old world". Breakfast was fantastic, served buffet style in the dining room, with ordering available. As another reviewer said, many different things, but everything I had was delicious! Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, including the Mariahilf Catholic church 3 minutes away. 2 nice sitting areas in the garden. Staff was very friendly, and the owner's dogs were sweet (yes, there was a dalmatian!) They had electric fans available (German Air-Conditioning!)
Gem of a hotel just outside city centre

It exceeded our expectations - quaint, quiet, charming and beautifully decorated, we were very happy with our stay. The owner was very friendly and accommodating - we had a lot of bags and she swopped our room so that we wouldn't have to climb the stairs with them. The room was old fashioned but clean and functional. Breakfast was delicious, a proper spread, and they did not seem to mind that I lingered a good hour over mine with my book. We rented bikes which made the city centre mere minutes away, and they had no problem with us keeping them out the front over night. Best of all was the presence of a beautiful dalmatian belonging to the owner. All in all, a lovely find.
