I only come here to have coffee. I had also been here to one of my friends engagement. The party hall was somewhat ok and this hall can accommodate less people. So we need to plan for a small amount of people.

Just a night stay visitor

I have stayed here for a night booked three rooms.

Since just one night stay, following things i observed,

Rooms are spacious and good king size bed. Continuous hot water availability and very moderate house keeping.

Ordinary complimentary breakfast, (only dosa, sambar and chitney for us. This is because of early checkout).

Over all, If you stay for night than this hotel is the best option.

Good spacious room, great location to Visit attractions

You can stay here and visit Hoysala architecture, Manjarabad fort, and The city easily from this place. Only thing is much away from the station or KSRTC and city bus stand which will hurt your Pocket.
3 Boys made this place much hospitable. Their constant effort is visible. Rooms were spacious, food is good. TV, AC Running hot water all good.

Excellent Place for Stopover hotel

We had our breakfast here en route Mangalore. Quality and service of hotel is good compared to other hotel available in this location. Enjoyed every bit of our breakfast experience They have good parking facility as well.

A very average hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Booked this hotel after reviewing Tripadvisor reviews. Was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of bedding. There were bugs in the blankets and were scratching ourselves the whole 2 nights. Asked staff to change the blankets, but it was of no help as our ordeal continued with same result. Food quality was good though. Breakfast was complimentary but very basic, no choice at all. Remote batteries did not work for TV and AC and had not been replaced. Wifi was available. Can easily give a miss to this hotel, not worth the money.

Majority of the reviews on Tripadvisor for this hotel are one time reviewers only, so wonder whether they are genuine reviews or fake ones. This hotel can be categorized as a 2 star hotel. The only face saver was Mr. Naik who was available for solutions.
