Very smooth hotel in a very quiet street located in the upmarket fashion district of Milan. Everything about the hotel is very refined, wall to wall polished marble and quality fittings. The room was very comfortable and very clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly, especially the bar and dining staff who were cheerfully helpful, guys on the front desk however were quite stiff and acted like English aristocrat butlers, as if they weren't allowed to smile or have fun. Shame, oh well they were very accommodating and that's probably just looking for something to pick on . Overall very nice stay at a beautiful old hotel, would definitely recommend for a base to explore lovely Milan, only around a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the duormo area.

As a travel agent I am by nature critical in my reviews. This hotel is unquestionably THE exception. Having stayed here for the last few years I have yet to find a single fault. If anything, it seems to get better and better. The attitude of all the staff in particular is admirable, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless on arrival and remain that way.
As many reviewers have pointed out the location of the hotel is wonderful.
We regularly recommend this establishment to our discerning clients and have had nothing but very positive feedback.

You feel at Home

I travel a lot with my job and my commitment take me very often to Milan. When I find a room in MANZONI Hotel ,I feel at home. The place is very nice, clean ,with the right bilance between modern and classic. The people are very gentle end full attention to my request. Very elegant end big room. The position in central 20m to via Montenapoleone.
Breakfast with good quality and large chose.
But...please try the restaurant with a great Italian kitchen. You wil be surprised.
Congrats to the manager for his professional job.

Location, Location, Location!

We travel to Milan at least twice a year for work- and you can always depend on the Manzoni. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean/nice. There is a safe in the room and the showers are nice. Also like the bath products they provide & robes! This isn't the most luxurious property I have ever stayed at but you can't beat the location on Santo Spirito. When traveling in late at night the convenient walk to Bice for dinner is terrific or drinks/dessert at the Four Seasons around the corner!

Hotel is nice, pass on having breakfast here!

Perfect Location Charming Hotel

I stayed at Hotel Manzoni in June for 2 nights and found the location perfect. It's in a quite street in the fashion district with high end shops so easy to walk everywhere. One night we went to a wonderful restaurant in the same street with great food choices and lovely ambience. The hotel is a classic traditional Italian style with wonderful friendly service in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast buffet and other items as requested are served each morning. The room we had was very comfortable with a small balcony that overlooked the street and beyond. The gym and spa area is great - I used this prior to leaving for a late flight - so checked out and then used this area for a shower before I left. All the staff were very helpful to any of my requests and transfers booked as required with ease. This is an ideal hotel for business or leisure - small and charming in many ways but also offering ideal accommodation and facilities for work. The lunches in the restaurant during the week are busy with locals as well as guests which is always a very good sign. Lots of marble throughout the hotel and it is kept beautifully clean. Would stay again.
