TravellerBerlin_11on 27/03/2011 02:36This hotel is in an old building, centrally located in the historical part of Santa Marta. Unfortunately it is very neglected. The bathroom was not clean, the toilet was lacking a seat, it was impossible to close the windows completely, the sheets of our bed were dirty. It is not possible to pay with a credit card, although their website says it is. If you do want to stay there, take a room in the 2nd floor, because the rest is even worse. The normal prize for a double room is 60000 COP (without breakfast), but if you book ahead you are compelled to take it with breakfast, which serves as a justification to raise the prize up to 95000 COP. That breakfast was very poor, and it was served in a dark room by an unfriendly waitress.
