V6625NAjohnwon 21/08/2017 19:56Booked Hotel Van Der Val to go to Heavan and Hill festivival.
On arrival, booking.com quoted that the last check in was at 23:00hrs. Our flight however was delayed, but the staff were not bothered by this (we eventually checked in at 01:00hrs).
Staff were all extremely friendly, even when we lost our room key. This was replaced promptly and free of charge.
All staff were fluent in English.
Bed was coma inducing.

A little road noise in some rooms.
Wonderful hotel, conveniently situated
PUttienon 15/08/2017 09:42The room in this hotel was big enough, the bathroom had lots of space. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in years, overwhelming choice. We wanted to do some cycling, walking and go to Dusseldorf. There was an excellent bike shed where the bikes were safely stored. There is a beautiful park where you can walk and run. Moreover, Moers is a lovely town, and Dusseldorf is certainly worthwhile for everybody.

tt4ukon 14/08/2017 09:50location, service, and overall experience was 5 star...would have liked the menu to have been available in english but staff were very very helpful in translating. English TV channels were very welcome, watched my favourite program whilst there.
