Had a comfortable stay. Rooms are neat. There is lack of staff. Breakfast was not upto the mark and many items were cold. Location was far from the main city and the airport. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Strategically located close to IIMK, this place offers a great alternative for people to stay close to the IIMK. The hotel boasts to be a 2 star, fails to have staff round the clock to serve its guests. Doesn't go hand in hand with Flexi Check in Check Out timings.
Comes with an extremely poor Restaurant, with no alternatives, plus extremely late service. You have to wait for 15-20 minutes for someone to come to take an order.
The reception never picks up calls before 6.30 and there is no bed tea before 7:15. All in all a ridiculous place.

Stayed here for 2 nights due to the proximity of the hotel to IIM K. Stayed in room 105. Room was big and spacious but poorly maintained with the paint peeling off and seepage on the walls. Ac kept going off at night, probably coz of the on and off electricity. While i was awake the power went out around 5 times in a span of 7 hrs. Usually returning within 2 minutes. This happened at least thrice at night while I was sleeping as the ac switched off and i had to manually switch it on. Basic amenities like iron and hair dryer were not provided. No hot water in the bathroom. Bathroom was quite spacious and had toiletries like toothbrush,paste, shower cap, shampoo, soap, razor. Tv remote batteries were dead and had to be replaced. Tv cable connection was erratic - got the no signal message twice on the first day. The wifi didn't work in my room though i complained several times. And they even placed a router in my room but no wifi :-/ They have an electric kettle with tea and coffee maker provisions. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Its not a buffet. They have a menu with 8 items from which you select your order. Only non veg item in that was eggs - Masala or plain. I ordered masala omelette and bread toast that took them 25 minutes to make. On enquiring with the waiter his reply was - there are guests who ordered room service so their breakfast is being prepared first! Lol. Just coz my breakfast is complimentary i have to wait 30 minutes to be served? Yeah, ridiculous. Room service menu looked unappetising and i had dinner outside both nights. Avoid the hotel. Its a bad choice for the price they charge.

There are some good and bad points to mention. To summarize Good points 1. Quite ambience 2. Clean rooms 3. Friendly staff 4. Good facilities in general
Bad points 1. Entrance is 50 meters from the main road. 2. Not visible from the main road 3. Bad restaurant

I recommend this hotel. It is so close to IIMK. The rooms are big and nice. The staff is so kind. Although they don't speak english ver well, they try to be as helpful as they can. The food in the restaurant is very nice.
