Sanjay Ton 08/08/2017 16:49Had issues from the start. Cockroaches in 1 room, leaking toilet in the 2nd room and the 3rd room u couldn't swing a cat in it. Waiters don't understand anything and just walk in the room without knocking. We had early starts everyday for a family ritual but we found the reception staff & room service (which was meant to be 24 hours service) all asleep on the sofas for the guests.
We had a power cut on the second day and the back up generator does not work for the lift or the a/c. My dad is disabled and has a walking stick and had to climb to the 3rd floor on 2 occasions. When I spoke to staff they said "what can we do about it".
Really bad experience and booked it only because it was number 2 on TripAdvisor. It is scaring to think what the other hotels would have been like as this one was awful

NIL_MODIon 18/05/2017 13:53Hotel Natraj Located at Key location of M G Road in Porbandar. Clean Place. Rooms are neat and clean but less Ventilated, We stayed for one night in non AC rooms. Good Parking facility (Basement Parking) is available. Restaurant option is available but not up to the mark. It does not have varieties of foods. For economical food options, u will find nice restaurant named "Chamunda Hotel" at just walking distance from Hotel Natraj. Sudama Temple is also at a walking distance from this hotel. On and average good option to live.
Nice place to stay in Porbandar.

We stayed for a day with family. It has clean rooms and bathrooms and facilities like TV, mini refrigerator. Which gave comfortable stay at affordable rate in Porbandar.

Did not sleep a wink
Dirty fixtures and bathroom etc
Old and in need of complete renovation and deep cleaning
Small rooms. Staff friendly

pratiknruparelon 30/08/2016 02:15Ease of check-in, Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms ! and main positive thing is the location ! everything is just closer and at walking distance. Money Changer, Banks, Street Food everything is too close. The food served in the rooms is also delicious. Will come back for sure.
