It was very clean although the people before us had left all their flannels in the room and they hadn't been cleared away when we arrived but apart from that it was clean. Staff not overly friendly but we were a large group of 55 people so they were very busy.
Absolute gem near Hahn airport
Caroline Kon 05/02/2017 19:39Not normally one for staying at airport hotels, My Place is an absolute gem.
Set within the lovely village of Lautzenhausen, a mere 5 mins ride from the airport, the hotel blends nicely with its surroundings. Despite its close proximity, Lautzenhausen maintains it's traditional charm with a farmstead, beautiful traditional houses and a couple of hotels. The village is remarkably quiet.
The hotel itself is modern, with a warm feel and the staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a good range menu - I had the curry coconut soup with king prawns which was delicious and reasonable at 5.90€ (£5.10) which I had with salad from the buffet 4.50€ (£3.90) & a large beer 3.50€ (£3). A coffee was 2.10€ (£1.80).
I booked a single room which was clean, bright and had everything I needed for a quick stop over. Far cleaner than many hotels I have paid a lot of money to stay in and the finish was to a very high standard. The room charge was 52€ (£45) which includes free 24 hr shuttle bus to the airport.
Very reasonable all round and definitely one to consider for the future.
Quick Overnight Stay
Nicole Con 22/05/2016 16:55Visited in March 2016 (23:00-5:00). They were able to quickly check me in around 23:00 and a quick check out at 5:00. I booked an Eco room, a single bed with small bathroom. Prior to me going to the hotel, I had emailed them to double check if my reservation went through and they were able to confirm my stay without any problems.
The room itself was enough for one person with a modern appeal. The bathroom was really nice with a large shower. The room was clean but there was a stain on the carpet just outside of the bathroom. The Wifi was a bit spotty for me, but it didn't bother me too much because I just wanted to get some sleep before my flight. They offer a 24 airport shuttle, free of charge. The ride is about 10 minutes away from Hahn Airport.
Overall, the staff was efficient and friendly. No real surprises when it came to extra fees. The close proximity to Hahn Airport was great. The room was exactly what they advertised. I will consider returning to this place in the future.

Robert Ron 11/04/2016 05:07Great customer service, family friendly rooms (that include bunk beds), and on site restaurant is very good. Excellent place if heading out from Frankfurt Hahn Airport. Entire staff spoke English. Hotel also offers long term parking at very reasonable rates. Definitely would stay here again.
