Its walking distance (700m approx) from temple.Have ample parking space..
Rooms are spacious and neat.Its a bit old infrastructure and feels the need of renovation.
Corridors are fairly lit.
Stayed in AC room and its worth for what you pay..
Would recommend ,if your primary need is temple darshan.

Stayed in Deluxe A/C room for one night , booked online , got 10% discount as well, very good rates for AC room, Staff very helpful and professional, half km to temple, neat and clean room , spacious but old ,excellent value for what you pay, stay was very pleasant, happy to recommend
overall neat & clean place for under 2 K with tv and other facilities , dont expect luxury though.

I always used to stay at Hotel Devaragam which is opposite to this property in Guruvayoor. While there is no comparison with regards to the premium-ness I thought it was well worth a try.
Was pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms and helpful staff. Yes, the choice is less when you look for food but who goes to Guruvayoor for eating and sleeping. Ample parking space, 5 min. walk to the temple and adjacent to the Parthasarathy temple, this hotel is very good and on a budget. During peak sabarimala season Oct-Jan maybe difficult to get. However, online booking is available and you can plan in advance.
When in Guruvayoor check this out once - I did and was not disappointed.

The hotel is quite close to the temple and is a budget property. Our check-in was very smooth and the rooms were very clean. However, we noticed that all the 4 deluxe rooms we took had old AC's which were not functioning to its best. When informed to the reception they were more than willing to change our rooms and were very accommodating. The wash rooms were renovated but showers need a service.
Room Service: The waiters have attitude problems and they show it in their service. Be it room service or restaurant we did not like the way they behaved. It was not here alone and I would not blame this hotel alone, as we noticed it in all the restaurants we had food.
Linens are neat, however the mattress and pillows are very hard, more than 2 nights stay will definitely give you back pain.
Overall, this is a great budget hotel for INR 1000. Please note Premium & Deluxe rooms are of the same dimensions and carry the same amenities. Just that Premium has one extra sofa in the room and I would not pay extra INR 300 for it.

A decent place at an affordable price, comes under budget stay.

Nandanam is a decent place to stay within a decent budget, the restaurant serves decent food.
AC and NOn AC rooms are variable ample car parking even could accommodate a wedding party.

Strongly recommend under budget section. stay worth paying.
