Mom n daughter trip.

Hotel was ok. Location poor. Shuttle bus to Kokusai Dori is ok but, appreciate it so much if it's free. We arrived 13:00 but , early check in was impossible ....They want me to upgrade ready room for additional charge. What is the advantage of membership plan? No advantages.

Excellent stay

Convenient location to visit the Shuri castle and great service, clean room and wonderful view from the room. I would love to visit there again. Breakfast buffet was also good! We did not use the outdoor pool becauase of the weather.

Nice and comfy hotel

We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed their breakfasts and the room. Though the location is not that convenient, it's very easy to get a taxi to any location you want. Meanwhile, it has Familymart inside opening from 6:30am so it's not that bad if you want to catch an early flight. We also enjoy their free welcome chocolate cookies that feed our heart and stomach.

The room is perfect. Pillows and bed are comfy. I don't hear sound from neighbors which is really important!! I highly recommend to stay here with nice service and comfy beds!

This hotel is a hidden gem!

This hotel is a hidden gem! We have stayed here before and for business. The DoubleTree by Hilton Naha Shuri Castle was a great place to stay in Naha. The Lobby is inviting and spacious with plenty of seating. The wifi connection throughout was stable. The staff was amazing and impeccable! They were so kind and extremely helpful. They would bend over backwards to help you with absolutely anything you needed. The Grand Castle Café & Dining buffet restaurant is gorgeous and the food tasted so good especially with the steak and roast beef. We dined there twice during our two nights stay. The room has very nice views and very close to Shuri Castle. Thank you for making our stay worry-free and looking forward to our visit soon.

Hilltop Location, Quiet Big Hotel

I splurged for the family room at this hotel and it was well worth the price! The room was like a medium sized studio apartment, a king sized bed on one end, on the other was a small alcove with a twin bed which my 6 year old loved and even with a pack and play for my 2 year old, there was plenty of room to run around.

The bathroom was the best part of the room, it was spacious and clean with Shiseido products. Very comfortable.

The only technical problem for us was the location but that was on us. We didn't know the lay of the land and mainly relied on taxis to get to downtown then back. We walked down once and it's doable but very tough getting back that way since it's on a hill. There should be a train station close by and we should have tried harder but we were lazy.
