Overall very good but a couple of niggles
Babs Mon 15/09/2016 18:12We stayed her for a couple of days. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and public transport.
Our room was very nice with a small seating area, mini bar, twin beds, a desk and a good bathroom with an unexpected bath!
Reception staff were very helpful and gave good advice and suggestions. Breakfast was good but the restaurant staff's welcome could have been warmer.
The room (20)was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable but for us the pillows were too soft. It's a shame there was only one to station in English.
Two things bothered me about room 20, the curtains do not close so there were only nets over the windows at night. This disturbed me. Also the room overlooks the breakfast room/kitchen window so I was woken before 6am by the clatter of plates etc as breakfast was prepared. Shame really because the room was nice.
Better than staying in Hamburg
Mads5813on 05/09/2016 17:26Booked online based score on tripadvisor. Everything sued by the reviews, very satisfied. Friendly staff, tidy, clean and nice room. Good breakfast with good selection. Comfortable distance to Hamburg.

NicoledeWon 23/07/2016 23:50We stayed at the Nordic Hotel the night before we left for Norway (Colorline Kiel-Oslo).
We brought our 2 kids, 8 and 12 years old.
After a friendly welcome we got our room. Nice and clean. There was a double bed and a sleeping sofa, which was transformed into a double bed. So the 4 of us had plenty of room to sleep. Good bathroom with shower gels etc.
In the morning a very nice breakfast with lots to choose from.
A good hotel to stay in.

Ryanne von 16/06/2016 01:17We stayed one night on a stop to our holiday in Denmark. We brought our 2 (big) dogs and it was perfect! They gave us a nice and quiet room as wished for. It was a large and clean room and breakfast was also fine. Staff was friendly even when we arrived after check-in hours.
Good hotel
Mararvon 14/04/2016 07:55A little outdated room, but overall a nice hotel. Simple breakfast, but sufficient. In general it was a clean room. Point to consider to change: the pillows on the beds, they were just pillowcases, with almost zero stuffing.
