It's not the most convenient of the hotels located within the Disneyland Tokyo vicinity and it really needs a refresh. There was a slight staleness to the room that I suspect was from smoke but was bearable. Room was very spacious for Tokyo. Convenience store in the hotel had very limited choice and you'd do better taking the monorail to the shopping mall nearby. The same goes for dining in and I would just forget about the in-house dining options and pop over to the mall which has tonnes of choices.
On the positive side - the Bath tub was the highlight for me as it fills up a full sized bathtub in the matter of a couple of minutes.

We"ve stayed for 3 days with joy, All staff were friendly,helpful,informative and they mostly can speak english well. the room was spacious for family with kids. And i like the breakfast. Easy transfer to disneyland and disneysea. Recommended hotel for your family

We stayed at this hotel after spending a night at Miracosta. Upon arriving we were upgraded to a bigger room that was easily one of the most comfortable rooms' during our trip.
One of the best things about this hotel is the price. The official Tokyo Disney hotels are very pricy (except for a new one that's not very close to the parks), so hotels like the Okura Tokyo Bay offer great prices while still offering a fantastic service. Not to mention that Okura hotels are luxurious and very comfortable. While some of the decorations and rooms can seem dated, it all comes down to personal taste.
The hotel has smoking rooms, and those hallways tend to smell like cigarette smoke. If that's an inconvenient for you, make sure you are not booking one of those rooms.

We booked a non smoking executive room. The first night I could smell a musty cigarette smell in the bed, so offensive that I woke a half dozen times through the night because of it. I went to reception in the morning, advised them of the situation and asked to be moved to a different room. This was done without any debate or issues. The next room was great, no cigarette smell or frayed carpet like the first room, great views over Tokyo Disney.
Very impressive, friendly, and HELPFUL!! Could not recommend enough!

My partner and I are so happy we decided to stay at this hotel during out trip to Tokyo. Once you are there, it is so obvious why it won Trip Advisor's award for the year.
The hotel is right across the street (walking <1 min) from the train station that takes you to Tokyo Disneyland and Sea, as well as the main train station that takes you into the city.
We were having a package delivered to the hotel from out of the country, and when complications arose and our package was sent back to sender, the hotel went out of their way to contact the Japanese couriers and managed to get our package sent to the hotel days before we even arrived. We'd like to personally thank Eri from the front desk for being so patient with our frantic emails and flawless service.
The staff all speaks great English and is incredibly friendly and helpful. The lunch buffet was very worth the price, too!
Thank you for a clean, stress-free, and unforgettable stay in Tokyo! We will definitely be back.
