Terrible Service and dirty
Kathryn Lon 26/05/2017 13:47We were escorted to this hotel by the airline bc our flight was canceled. It was already a terrible day for us and the service at the hotel was even worse. We ordered two drinks from room service and only realized that we were out of NT. We called the manager to see if they would waive the 20% service charge since we're literally short 20 NT. Not only was he rude and rejected us, he told us to go to the 7/11 outside. What type of service is that in the front desk?! I was appalled and had a very bad experience overall in this hotel. The room is smelly and it was missing a side table. The decor was tacky, really wished we didn't have to stay here! 😳
Close to the aurport

The hotel itself is very good with its hardware and services. It stands by the busy road but it is very remote place from what tourists attract. There are not restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel offers free shuttle van service at 4 am to the Taipei/Taoyuan airport.
Great hotel but
Mike Ton 11/04/2017 09:41Hotel is great for a lay over , I used it in both directions with 16-17 hrs between flights . So a day room was a must and they are quite reasonable . Gym and pool/spa facilities are excellent to kill a few hrs . Convenience stores opposite for a quick feed or drinks . Main problem was the free shuttle . Traveling from the hotel no problem but booking it on one of the scheduled pick ups was not so great . Both times although pre booked it took a call to the hotel and then shuttle sent or got a taxi and they reimbursed the cost .
good for airport layover
Netanderson 23/03/2017 14:57We stayed here when arriving to and departing from Taiwan. When we arrived, it was nice to be so close and have a good night sleep before our tour of Taiwan. When we were going back to the US, we had some trouble with our room key (battery in the door lock was low) and I had to go to the front desk twice to get it resolved. Also, the hotel is non-smoking, but it was clear that other hotel guests did not care about that rule. The breakfast was good, but we had some trouble getting in to the breakfast area because of a mix up. I would stay here again though.
Quiet and comfortable with very helpful staff
Kerry Con 10/03/2017 00:28You might know the Taipei thing...all roads in and out seem to go through there at one time or another...with a long layover. That was us. In at 8:30pm and flying out at 8:50am. So, booked a room here. Could not have been a better experience. Shuttles don't always run for the hotel so we took a cab. And found out not all cabs take credit cards. Orchard Park fronted us the cash to pay the cabbie (for a small fee) and checked us in. Nice room with all the best comforts. We found out they have a 6am and 7am shuttle to the airport. Booked the 6am (thank goodness...the security lines were horrific!) and boarded up for our next leg. Even though not within walking distance, this place was a great layover option (about 10 minutes by shuttle). Breakfast is served a little late if you have an early flight. Loved this place and highly recommend it.
