Clean, comfy bed, good small bathroom, decent air con, pleasant front desk. Very convenient for Gare de Lyon.
The comfiest bed you'll ever get (and for a great price)
Kirstyyyyyyyyon 28/07/2017 10:40Me and my partner stayed here for a long weekend, as we visited Paris for the Lollapalooza music fest. A french friend recommended we stay near Bastille due to the excellent eateries in this area - while having great metro links to the hippodrome where the festival was taking place. Hotel Palym sat bang in the middle of the two - so close to Gare de Lyon (which made for an easy two stop access home via Gare de Nord Eurostar).
We didn't actually spend much time in the hotel but for a shot city stay it was perfect - the staff were friendly (and put up with my mauvais francais), the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, all the basic amenities were included but the best bit really was the BED. The comfiest ever. After spending 10hours at a festival with an hour travel back, they were particularly inviting but really they were so damn comfy.
Best recommended for a short stay where you'll be out most of the time but need somewhere comfortable and clean to relax afterwards.

Good value for Paris and a stones throw from Gare de Lyon. We were staying overnight for a train to Barcelona the next day. Couldn't have chosen better.
Nice renovated rooms at a good price
Arald1970on 07/07/2017 22:09This hotel is at about 1 minute from Gare de Lyon so it's really easy to reach. The rooms look new so I think they are recently renovated. For Paris and such a good location this hotel is not expensive. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good as well.
Last but not least, the bed is really good!
Conveniently located and comfortable
Jennifer Ron 06/07/2017 20:36I chose this hotel primarily for its location because I had a train to Avignon leaving from Gare de Lyon at 8:30am and didn't want to miss it. The hotel was less than 3 minutes walking, very conveniently located. It was comfortable and clean. The shower had nice, hot water with a shower door, not always found in Europe. Room came equipped with an air conditioning and option of adding breakfast to your stay. There is a small lift that fits two people, very quiet at night. The pillows were excellent and staff was friendly. Would highly recommend!
